1. About Nailed It By Jon
These terms and conditions apply to all beauty services provided by myself at Nailed It By Jon, based at Alisa Thai Wellness & Spa, offering Nail services.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Appointments
All bookings are automatically confirmed once made through our booking system.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment.
We require a fixed booking fee of £10 to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee & 50% of remaining balance will be payable.
No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Payment
Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash (exact amount) and bank transfer only.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the total service cost.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
5. Refunds and Complaints
All completed services are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let us know immediately so we can try to resolve any issues.
Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of your appointment.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may cause harm or if you have contraindications.
Our services follows all required health and safety standards.
7. Your Privacy
We are GDPR compliant and take your privacy seriously.
Your personal information will only be used for booking appointments and providing our services.
We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available during booking.
